Installed software
This is a searchable and sortable table of installed software. Click on the arrows next to column titles to sort by that column. You can also use the search box to filter the content, for example try searching working to see only working software. Software is also tagged with a number of properties that you can search by, for example try searching #visualisation to see software that can be used for visualisation.

So the correct procedure to use CARTA is: 1) connect to the strw’s vpn via tunnelblick 2) ssh -X cejar 3) carta --remote 4) you will get a web address that looks like cejar.strw.leidenuniv.nl:11111/?socketUrl=ws://cejar.strw.leidenuniv.nl:22222 5) open a browser on your laptop (it works in Firefox and Chrome) and copy and paste the web address you got from CARTA |
